After analyzing all the Desk & Field Research; and understanding Problems in the Election System of India I came up with this Problem Assessment Matrix which helped me to RE-DEFINE my Problems Statement and confine me area of work.
So from this Matrix, it can be clearly seen that "LESS VOTE PERCENTAGE" is one of the biggest problems in Election.
